After the successful launch in 2004 of Roda Golf & Beach Resort, the Sea & Sun Resorts Group has launched its second golf resort project in the region of Murcia: Corvera Golf and Country ClubCorvera Golf & Country Club. Situated 15 minutes from the city of Murcia and 20 minutes from the Mar Menor, the resort will offer a select range of apartments and villas, availability of several sports as well as excellent services to choose from all in a natural environment.

On a site of about 2.1 million square kilometers at the doors of a nature reserve, Corvera Golf & Country Club brings a new concept to the architectural styles of golf resorts in the area.

With a build density of only 9% and the Carrascoy mountain range providing a spectacular backdrop, the resort offers a peaceful location which combined with fantastic weather all-year-round make this an ideal location.

The project will have 1,845 dwellings following two different models depending on residents requirements: apartments of one, two and three bedrooms and villas with two, three or four bedrooms. Due to its location on a hill-side some properties will have views to the Mar Menor sea on a clear day and fantastic panoramic views of the surrounding area.

The apartments which are a minimum of 70m2 living space will have views to either the golf course or communal swimming pools while the villas all come on an individual plot of 300m2 or more.
