The only way to buy a home in Spain is during one of our one to one inspection trips which will be in an air conditioned 4x4. The inspection is not limited to a time frame as we believe the client will dictate how much time is needed when considering buying a property abroad.

What we would advise is that you are in a position to put down a reservation fee of between 3,000€ and 6,000€ should you find a suitable property.

We would like to point out that your Solicitor would hold the reservation deposit, not lemon grove villas. The Developer or Vendor will be notified that the reservation deposit is being held which will remove the property from the market until such time all legal documentation has been checked by the Purchasers Solicitor. Should the documentation not comply with Spanish law, then the Purchaser will be entitled to a full refund. This process is a Lemon Grove Villas policy to protect the Purchaser and is not standard procedure in Spain.

In addition we are able to recommend Airlines, Accommodation, Car Hire in fact anything which you think you may need or want.

Should you wish to work with us on an exclusive basis, we will collect you from the Airport and take you to your chosen destination. Should you purchase a property through us, Lemon Grove Villas will contribute 250 Euro towards your expenses. Every little helps!!!
